The Structure of Nice Classification of Trademarks
The NCL is being updated every 5 years ( since 2013 every year) and the 11th edition is currently being followed by different trademark jurisdictions. As per the latest edition of NCL, the brand owners are required to file their goods-related trademarks under Classes 1-34 and the service-related trademarks under 35-45.
